THE HOME
The rancher is 2400 Sq ft of luxury living and has a heat pump for heating and air conditioning
The Kitchen
Beautiful cork floors, granite countertops, Jenn air appliances, including dishwasher and floor to ceiling windows for ocean views.
There is a large round table to accommodate 8 guests and a bar counter that seats an additional two to four guests
The Living Room
One step down and relax on a reclining sofa in an open family room with wood burning fireplace and 60 inch television. There are two oversized swivel chairs with ottomans, another swivel chair and coffee table which converts into a large dining table.
Primary Bedroom 1
King size four post bed to curl up in and watch your favourite show on a smart TV
The ensuite is huge with beautiful granite shower, double sinks, heated floors and sparkling granite countertops.
Primary Bedroom 2
Has a California king size bed, and television and unique crystal fan.
Also has private ensuite with double sinks, bath/shower combination.
Bedroom 3
The room is small but large enough for a comfy queen bed.

Neighbourhood
Vancouver Island is on the west coast of Canads and spans 460 kilometres in length. Victoria, the capital of BC is at the south end and is known for its British charm, Take a leisurely drive through mountain highways and spectacular west coast scenery and visit the many small coastal towns, like Chemanius, a town of murals, Parksville with its running beaches, Qualicum a quaint mini Whistler.Bowser, where we are located is approximately 2 1/2 hours from Victoria and is a small community. There is a liquor store, post office a two minute walk from our home. A 10 minute walk takes you to a small shopping plaza with a grocery market, coffee shop, bank, pharmacy, and gift shop. It is centrally located on the island and is 45 minutes from skiing at Mt Washington and Courtenay. Explore further North to the beaches of Cape Scott Provincial Park. There are endless places to explore and many opportunities to experience Wildlife first hand.
