We absolutely love PLU. It feels like a real community and that you have friends all over the world. We were just about to activate our Home Listing when corona hit and had to delete our plans. Hopefully 2022 will be the year we get to do our first PLU Home Exchange and perhaps meet other members.

People Like Us has an amazingly friendly and supportive Facebook Group and a great website to find and plan exchanges. The owner Drew is proactive with suggestions and changes, quick and timely with responses. “Tinkering round the edges” is ongoing, for the benefit of website efficiency and client satisfaction and ease of use of the system. Feedback is actively encouraged and frequently acted on, later if not straight away.

PLU's founder Drew, has created a community of like-minded people that works for the individual member and the group. We have witnessed its growth over the last couple of years and are amazed at the caring attitude of its members. So many times, when help has been needed for various scenarios, the Facebook page is alight with suggestions and offers; and most often a solution is found. Drew has also been consultative and responsive, adapting the website and adding features that make it easier and more efficient to use. We are happy to be part of this group!

Love this group and its communitive. Everybody is friendly and helpful and so many people offers their help if somebody needs it. We have had wonderful exchanges trough this group and have found new friends for life. We recommend this group to everyone who knows are interested in home swapping. The founder Drew Seitam is doing an amazing job. The group just gets bigger and better each day.

PLU has the most welcoming and friendly people. As someone new to home exchanging, I was a bit nervous about how it all works, but it's been a terrific experience. The site owner is also very involved and responsive to issues/questions/requests that come up, which is so helpful. If you're on the fence about home exchanging, or joining PLU, take the leap!

People Like Us is a warm, welcoming community. In it we have found kindred spirits who view the world with the same enthusiasm and curiosity as we do. We have opened our front door and found the whole world waiting on the other side. It's an absolute joy! One thing we've found here that we don't have on our other exchange site: a vibrant Facebook community. It feels such a privilege to be connected to so many people who also have what we call 'an exchanger's heart', people who understand what is at the core of swapping homes: a genuine desire to travel, share and grow. As Susan Sontag once said, "I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list."

We had exchanged many times in a previous exchange program and were wildly supportive of it. When that program disintegrated, we learned of People Like Us. Wow! PLU has the benefits of the old program before the ownership change, but, in addition, has Drew, its dynamic leader. He has made a personal commitment to make this not only work financially, but work in the best interests of the members. Vicki and I are all in, both for the friendships we’ll make, and for the opportunity to share our bit of paradise with you.

I am on at least 4 home exchange sites and People Like Us is the best! Friendly, communicative, with a great choice of homes in many countries and areally excellent personal service from Drew and his team.
